WindCom Attends CamX Dallas Joint Conference of ACMA (American Composites Manufactures Association)
WindCom joined ACMA and plans to join committees relating to the environment. Bio-resins and recycling of composite components. Another big benefit is the CCT certification programs which WindCom plans to employ to all of their composite technicians.
WindCom was well represented at CamX along with Gary and Bryan, were Ricardo Silva, Engineering Manager, and Emma Mancillo, Purchasing. Bryan cam to look for other opportunities in Composites for winter work while Ricardo explored new materials. Emma found many new suppliers as well as securing a better relationship with those we already have. Gary was on a composite repair panel where representatives discussed aerospace repairs along with Gary and blade repairs.
