WindCom Enhances EHS Department
WindCom is proud to welcome Dionicio Aleman to our staff as EHS coordinator. As the company grows so does its need for safety. Dionicio will be working with John Boswell, EHS manager updating training modules and spending a lot of time with our teams at the sites with safety audits and mentoring.
Dionicio Aleman is a safety & DOT professional with over 5 years of experience managing safety programs in the oil and gas industry. Dionicio has experience developing and implementing safety courses that have proven to increase information retention by students. Some of Dionicio’s professional achievements include developing a 4-hour training course that met ANSI’s Z390 (H2S) standard, which was created to replace the outdated awareness level training that was currently in use. Dionicio has also successfully developed DOT training programs that improve driver qualification files compliance and reduce hours of service violations. On his free time, Dionicio enjoys participating in three-gun competitions with his wife and daughter.
